The Neptune Theatre Box Office must be contacted directly at (902) 429-7070 in order to exchange for another date (this service is not available online).
As this is a fundraiser, we will not be issuing refunds on tickets purchased. Please check your tickets carefully at the time of purchase to ensure they are for the correct performance date and time. Should you not be able to attend your performance, you may turn in your tickets prior to the performance for a tax-deductible donation of their value to the Neptune Theatre Foundation. Should you have any concerns regarding Covid-19, please contact the Box Office in advance of your performance.
Latecomers will not be permitted to enter the auditorium until a suitable break in the performance at which time seating will be at the discretion of Management. Management reserves the right to: refuse admission; exchange tickets for an alternate date, based on availablilty; alter or change a performance.
Babes in Arms and children under four (4) years of age are not permitted in the theatre. Children must be able to occupy their own seats, due to fire regulations. Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Photography or recording of any kind is strictly forbidden in the theatre.
Please turn off all cellular devices during the show and do not text during the show, as it is distracting to other patrons and the actors on stage.
Please check the time and date of your tickets when purchasing - tickets are non-refundable and missed performances cannot be exchanged.
